Intelligent Movement is about making the right decisions. It comes from the notion that making the right moves in life gives you a higher chance of being successful, and living a life of fulfillment.

I’ve always had a desire to help people using my experiences (the good and the bad) to prevent others from making the mistakes I’ve made. I want to give people insight into my battles with addiction, depression, and anxiety. I know there are plenty of young men and women who are afraid to share some of the things they’re going through. I hope that my story acts as an invitation for others to honor their feelings. 

Intelligent Movement doesn’t have an end goal.

It represents the idea that we will always be a work in progress.
